Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Patient Outcomes (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Guide a team of Product Engineers to deliver features that improve clinical outcomes for patients
• Define strategy and roadmaps in collaboration with product, design, and data partners
• Set technical direction and ensure technical quality within the team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or comparable work experience
• 8+ years of professional engineering experience, including 5 years of individual contributor work and 3 years of people management
• Experience in performance management, mentoring, and professional career growth
• Experience building highly scalable, reliable, and performant systems
• Deep understanding of modern application design architecture and API design patterns
