Required Qualifications

• Experience designing and scaling LLM-backed features such as chat assistants or content generation
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js in scalable applications
• 3+ years of engineering management experience with a focus on team productivity and health
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong enthusiasm for AI's potential in empowering users and shaping future tools
