Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role with team management experience
• Experience overseeing strategic projects and managing teams of 7 or more engineers
• Proven track record in recruiting and performance management of technical teams
• Strong subject matter expertise in relevant product domains
