Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers in delivering robust software solutions.

• Empower the team to own, operate, scale, and maintain their services
• Ensure a balance between delivering new features and managing technical debt
• Institute development best practices for high-quality, supportable code

Required Qualifications

• Solid software engineering experience with recent technical leadership/management responsibilities
• Deep knowledge of at least one programming language: Python, Java, or React
• Proven experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and infrastructure as code
• Experience in building and running high-performing, distributed systems
• Experience in a customer-focused environment, ideally within a SaaS or subscription business
