Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Data.

Key Responsibilities

Own the planning, execution, and delivery of critical data infrastructure projects
Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team of engineers through feedback and career development
Guide architectural decisions and hands-on implementation for data validation and observability efforts

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field
8+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, ideally focused on data
3+ years of experience in a team lead, tech lead, or engineering manager role
Deep understanding of data engineering principles, including ETL pipelines and scalability
Experience with relational databases and cloud infrastructure, especially AWS
