Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and scale its Software Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize delivery with a customer-centric approach
• Provide leadership to the software engineering team, overseeing architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Lead day-to-day development operations to ensure systems security, scalability, and reliability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field
• 5+ years of direct leadership experience, including coaching and performance management
• Extensive full-stack development experience, particularly proficient in C# and .NET
• Senior-level experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams
• Proficiency in modern software development tools and practices, including CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies
