• Manage a cross-platform Rust development team for Windows, Linux, and macOS
• Nurture a collaborative, high-performing team culture and mentor young engineers
• Coordinate the agent release schedule and work with teams to plan and deliver features

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performing engineering team
• Experience in developing commercial or enterprise software in C++ and/or Rust
• Proficient with Windows, macOS, and Linux
• Experience working in a fully remote environment
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with day-to-day team management
