Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Core Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide a distributed engineering team in solving complex problems related to Kafka and next-gen streaming API
• Collaborate with engineering leadership and product management to craft and execute the company's technology vision and strategy
• Lead the recruiting and hiring process, mentor team members, and manage project execution

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development and delivery
• 3+ years of experience in managing software developers
• Proficiency in C++ or Rust-like system languages
• Experience developing a strategy and roadmap for engineering teams
• Familiarity with Linux filesystem internals and experience with databases or storage systems is a plus
