Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience, including 1+ years in a management role
• Senior technical proficiency in Python and intermediate experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React)
• Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, system design, and architecture
• Experience as a technical lead for major features/projects and involvement in hiring processes
• Experience working in an agile environment
