Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Strong experience with Python software design and large-scale Django applications
• Experience building scalable SaaS products using modern technologies
• Proven track record of improving legacy code bases
• Strong knowledge of agile practices and CI/CD
