Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in Python and Django
• 3+ years of experience managing engineering teams, preferably in growth-stage companies
• Strong experience with SQL, database optimization, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Solid understanding of API design, system scalability, and microservices architecture
