Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management and 5+ years as a Software Engineer
• Extensive experience in managing the engineering lifecycle for SaaS platforms
• Deep understanding of data modeling, AI, and machine learning
• Proficient in Python with hands-on experience in data-centric feature design
