Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Engineering for Developer Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and develop engineers through feedback, coaching, and removing barriers to execution
• Own and manage the engineering roadmap for Developer Infrastructure, setting priorities and driving execution
• Ensure the reliability of Developer Infrastructure and maintain a healthy team culture

Required Qualifications

• Empathy and understanding of how to empower engineers
• High level of organization with experience managing multiple projects from concept to delivery
• Extensive experience with developer toolchains, CI/CD technologies, and automated testing
• Familiarity with public cloud infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS products
• Strong background in recruiting and building diverse teams
