Required Qualifications

• Prior management experience with a passion for building high-performing teams
• Extensive full-stack web development experience, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment
• Knowledge of modern server-side and client-side frameworks, with Ruby, Rails, and React as a plus
• Experience with AI tools in enterprise-facing products is a significant advantage
• Goal-oriented with a record of success in leading engineering teams
