Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Application Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide staff in aligning with the company's long-term goals and develop quarterly implementation plans
• Influence and support the maturation of architects and engineering practices through education and coaching
• Facilitate collaboration within teams and across the organization to enhance engineering decisions and communication

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a senior engineer, team lead, architect, or manager on large-scale systems
• Proficient in development and deployment technologies such as C#, Terraform, and Typescript
• Experience with interservice communication patterns and security protocols
• Knowledge of operational readiness and system performance evaluation
• Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley, if applicable
