Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Solution Architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide staff in understanding and delivering on the company's long-term goals, developing quarterly plans, and communicating the vision and strategy
• Influence the maturation of architects and engineering practices through education, adherence to standards, and coaching on tradeoff evaluations
• Develop a dynamic team culture by recruiting diverse talent, providing feedback, and maintaining a balanced workload for team development

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a senior engineer, team lead, architect, or manager on large-scale systems with product support experience
• Proficient in development and deployment technologies such as C#, Terraform, and Typescript
• Familiarity with interservice communication methods and security protocols like SAML and OAuth 2
• Experience in coaching individuals with varying competencies in both technical and non-technical skills
• Knowledge of operational readiness practices including logging, metrics, and monitoring
