Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers focused on growth initiatives
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to define and execute an agile roadmap
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of frontend and backend services

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
• Experience in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
• Hands-on experience with coding, particularly in Go and React (or similar frameworks)
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and relational databases (Postgres/MySQL)
• Experience with messaging systems such as SQS or Kafka
