Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a new product initiative and ensure engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software and data engineers, reviewing code and designs, and assisting with debugging
• Manage team dynamics, mentor engineers, and act as Scrum Master to drive agile practices
• Establish engineering best practices and promote a collaborative team culture focused on quality and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 10+ years of experience, including 3+ years in management and 5+ years as a Software Engineer
• Experience managing the engineering lifecycle for a SaaS platform with high uptime
• Proficiency in Python and experience with data modeling, AI, and machine learning
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks for data processing
