Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as a Developer, QA, or DevOps Engineer
• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager
• Experience leading across the software development lifecycle with knowledge of industry best practices
• Experience advising, coaching, and mentoring peers and direct reports
• Experience growing an Engineering organization
