Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for Developer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the DevEx team to enhance software delivery processes through collaboration and automation
Define and implement tools and standards for building, deploying, and testing software features
Manage team performance, provide coaching, and facilitate professional development opportunities

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in DevOps, Release Engineering, and/or Automation
5+ years in a leadership role such as senior developer, team lead, or engineering manager
Hands-on experience with deployment, version control, and automation tools, particularly CI/CD technologies
Experience with container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and Docker
Proficient in programming and scripting languages, such as Python or Go
