Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee a small engineering group focused on Microsoft Azure and data warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive team strategy and collaborate with leadership to align team goals with company objectives
• Manage team performance, development, and compliance with processes and procedures
• Provide technical leadership for data migration and engineering solutions, ensuring efficient data pipelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud development, specifically Microsoft Azure
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
• 3 years of supervisory experience managing a team of 4 or more individuals
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Experience in a remote work environment and managing engineering resources is preferred
