Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Core Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of full-stack engineers while remaining hands-on with code and architecture
• Establish engineering best practices, code quality standards, and development processes for rapid iteration and product reliability
• Develop technical roadmaps and collaborate with Product and Design leads to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role
• Product-centric mindset with a focus on building user-friendly solutions
• Experience with early-stage company best practices, including rapid iteration and user feedback
• Technical vision with the ability to balance short-term delivery and long-term architectural goals
• Experience in both web and mobile development is a plus
