Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard qualified candidates while defining team requirements

• Develop execution plans for projects and ensure adherence to best practices and operational metrics

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of engineering management experience with a team of 4+ engineers
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in scalable distributed systems
• 3+ years of product development leadership experience in enterprise environments
• BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Sciences, Information Systems, or a related field
• Interest in Security and Privacy, with a focus on a Security-first mindset
