Key Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by exploring and implementing new AI technologies to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager with a focus on recruiting and leading teams
• Experience building products such as Search, Ranking, or generative AI at scale
• Proficiency in modern programming languages like Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C#
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• 1 product development and a track record of turning innovative ideas into successful products
