Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in developing client applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3-8 engineers to develop and maintain client applications, ensuring scalable and secure solutions
• Drive end-to-end outcomes for user-facing experiences, including coding, prototyping, and debugging as needed
• Mentor engineers and shape technical strategy while fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven technical leadership in design reviews and coding standards, particularly in JavaScript/React or Python/Django
• Experience in mentoring engineers and building inclusive hiring pipelines
• Track record of managing software development lifecycle processes and delivering high-quality features
