Job Summary

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership or engineering management role
• Strong proficiency in software development across multiple programming languages, with experience in SaaS products
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse team, supporting their continuous improvement
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships across teams and engaging with stakeholders
• Proactive, action-oriented mindset focused on driving results and continuous improvement
