Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee engineering teams and drive project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of engineers, setting personal goals and conducting regular 1:1s
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile principles to ensure timely delivery of product roadmap items
• Champion software quality and improve engineering practices and processes

Required Qualifications

• Extensive software engineering experience with languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or React
• Experience in architecture design and leading software development teams
• Strong knowledge of Object Oriented programming and design patterns
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean delivery approaches, including TDD and continuous integration
• Experience in designing and developing REST APIs
