Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Treasury and Digital Experience Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor three agile engineering teams, ensuring best practices in software development and team performance
• Drive planning, execution, and delivery of major projects, including a Java/AWS treasury system and a Backbase/Java digital banking application
• Collaborate with stakeholders to shape technical vision and maintain high standards for security, performance, and reliability

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software development with at least 4+ years managing engineering teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience with enterprise Java development and AWS services
• Hands-on background building or overseeing UI applications (React, Angular, or similar)
• Ability to manage hybrid/remote teams effectively
