Key Responsibilities

Lead a high-performing engineering team by setting goals, providing direction, and developing talent
Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets
Drive efficiency through agile methodologies and engineering best practices while optimizing team productivity

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in engineering, with at least 2 years in a management role
Strong technical foundation with expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin, or Ruby on Rails
Experience working with AWS and Datadog
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred)
Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies
