Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years in engineering leadership
• Strong background in development, ideally with Elixir/Phoenix or other functional programming languages
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems or complex enterprise applications
• Proven ability to mentor and develop engineers
• Strong grasp of software development best practices and system architecture
