Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Protocol Indexing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of software and data engineers
• Own the architecture for protocol indexers and data pipelines in Python and Go
• Drive team planning and prioritization across maintenance and new protocol coverage

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or data engineering with production data systems experience
• 2+ years of experience managing engineers with proven performance management
• Hands-on experience reviewing production code in Python or Go
• Fluency with data modeling and data quality frameworks
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
