Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team developing an intelligent cyber range design and analysis platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of full stack engineers, ensuring collaboration and growth
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog management, and product initiative execution through Azure DevOps
• Guide architecture discussions, code reviews, and maintain engineering best practices

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role
• Strong background in backend development with Python (Django and/or FastAPI)
• Familiarity with React + TypeScript and modern frontend engineering practices
• Experience with REST API design, service-oriented architecture, and relational data modeling (PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines
