Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for the care management platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and long-term strategy
• Hire and lead a high-performing team of full-stack engineers while overseeing the design and development of platform services

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including 1+ years in a management role
• Experience in developing complex software products, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
• Experience building robust backend systems with knowledge of cloud infrastructure and relational databases
• Familiarity with messaging systems such as SQS or Kafka; Go experience is a plus
