Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows
Drive cloud-native designs, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
Monitor and improve deliverability and reliability metrics, managing integrations with ESPs/SMS gateways

Required Qualifications

3+ years of engineering management experience leading software engineers
Strong hands-on .NET development experience
Cloud experience, preferably with AWS, in designing and operating production systems
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of observability practices and production support
