Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in designing and developing technical solutions, ensuring adherence to engineering standards
• Collaborate across teams and the organization to align priorities and promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Recruit, coach, and develop engineering talent while managing vendor relationships and technology strategies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in Information Technology, including 5+ years in a specific IT discipline
• 3+ years of leadership experience in an IT discipline with management responsibilities
• Proven ability to manage high-performance work teams and execute multiple large projects
• Experience in developing solutions for complex business problems and effective communication with stakeholders
