A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead software development for their RV & Camping vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute engineering strategies aligned with product goals
• Recruit and manage high-performing engineering teams while fostering a culture of collaboration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology delivery meets user and business needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of software engineering leadership experience, including managing distributed teams
• Proven experience delivering SaaS products at scale in fast-paced environments
• Strong technical background in PHP and React, with experience in cloud-native architectures
• Deep understanding of AWS, scalable infrastructure, and Agile/Lean development methodologies
