Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to deliver scalable and high-performance products and services
• Collaborate with leaders to align the Product Development organization and build a culture of psychological safety
• Design, develop, and debug Web APIs using C# and .NET Core while ensuring high code quality and system performance

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software development experience, ideally with hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, and Entity Framework
• Previous experience as a manager or team lead within a corporate engineering department
• Experience writing and creating new code up to 40% during working hours
• Experience with human resource-related tasks such as managing time off requests and performance reviews
• Enthusiasm for rapid advancement in a dynamic startup environment
