Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows
Drive cloud-native designs, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines with automated testing
Monitor and improve messaging service deliverability and reliability, managing integrations with ESPs/SMS gateways

Required Qualifications

3+ years of engineering management experience leading software engineers
Strong hands-on .NET development experience
Cloud experience, particularly with AWS, in designing and operating production systems
Experience with containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD workflows
Knowledge of building high-throughput, event-driven services is preferred
