Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers
• 5+ years of overall development experience, particularly with Golang and RoR
• Proficiency in web application development and SaaS
• Experience leading large project development efforts
• Prior experience in mentoring teams and executing on significant goals
