Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers to develop and maintain features for product search, recommendations, and personalized content
• Collaborate with Product teams to design and implement product enhancements and prioritize planning cycles
• Provide performance feedback, support career development, and participate in the recruiting process for the engineering team

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, primarily focused on coding
• 2+ years of experience as an engineering manager leading productive teams
• Strong foundation in technical excellence and engineering culture
• Experience with SEO and search engine marketing (SEM)
• Familiarity with web analytics measurement methodologies and platforms
