Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Engineering to lead an engineering team focused on optimizing technology for resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product and Platform Owners, Quality Assurance, and other teams in an agile environment to build and maintain software systems
• Design solutions with an emphasis on performance and maintainability while measuring and evaluating system metrics for continuous improvement
• Inspire and grow a team of engineers through coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative engineering culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of professional development experience, including 2+ years managing or leading an engineering team
• Experience in an agile development environment
• Deep understanding of software and development engineering principles
• Technical expertise in areas such as JavaScript, SQL, AWS, and CI/CD
