Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with 3+ years in people management
• Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET technologies
• Experience with database design and SQL
• Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements in development practices
• Proven track record of improving team velocity and delivery quality
