Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers and drive business impact through innovative engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a full-stack product engineering team of approximately 11 engineers
• Collaborate with Product Manager and Designer to plan roadmaps and sprints
• Foster talent development and cultivate a collaborative team culture

Required Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience with an engineering team
• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer or equivalent technical experience
• Experience collaborating with a Product Manager to set direction
• Experience running standard Agile processes such as sprint planning and retrospectives
