Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager - Engineering to oversee engineering activities and lead the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage design and quotation engineering on key projects and perform design work as needed
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting of engineering expenditures and maintain project timelines
• Lead, mentor, and develop the engineering team while troubleshooting design issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field required; Master's Degree preferred
• 7 years of engineering experience required; 10 years preferred
• 7 years of design software expertise (Pro-E, AutoCad, etc.) required; 10 years preferred
• 5 years of engineering management experience required; 7 years preferred
• Knowledge of relevant laws, codes, regulations, and design engineering software applications
