Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Customer Communication Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Lead technical direction while contributing code across .NET services, APIs, and orchestration workflows
Drive cloud-native designs, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines for messaging services
Coach and develop engineers, manage integrations, and lead incident management processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of engineering management experience leading software engineers
Strong hands-on .NET development experience
Cloud experience with AWS in designing and operating production systems
Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is a plus
