Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager for their Data Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the data engineering team while managing agile processes and promoting collaboration
• Define and execute the long-term technical strategy for the data infrastructure, ensuring quality and reliability
• Oversee hands-on technical tasks, including data stack management, data modeling, and quality assurance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a data team, with a focus on mentorship
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• Expertise in DBT, Airflow, SQL/PostgreSQL, and Python
• Experience with BI tools, preferably Superset
• Demonstrated commitment to data quality and agile methodologies
