Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing software development teams with more than 10 employees
• Experience using DORA metrics to assess process effectiveness
• Strong background in modern software architectures and cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Proficiency in core technologies, specifically TypeScript and Java
• Familiarity with the Ad-Tech industry and digital advertising platforms
