Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager / Senior Manager - Product Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, cloud-native applications on AWS, Azure, and GCP
Manage and coach a team of engineers and architects to foster accountability and collaboration
Promote modern engineering practices and encourage the adoption of automation and AI-assisted tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of software or product engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Proven success delivering cloud-native or hybrid applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong technical foundation in Java, C#, Python, Node.js, React, or Angular
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and serverless architectures
