Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in the design, development, integration, and testing of spacecraft systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers across various disciplines
• Oversee system-level design, integration, and verification activities for space systems and payloads
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and maintain alignment with mission objectives

Required Qualifications

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related field; master's preferred
• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 3+ years in a management or leadership role
• Strong systems engineering background with experience in space systems design, build, and deployment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex technical projects
