Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data Hub.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers in full-stack platform engineering
• Participate in project design and implementation while promoting software development best practices
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to align on project requirements and priorities

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack software development and architecting scalable systems
• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience with people management responsibilities
• In-depth experience with Typescript, React, and GraphQL
• Experience with modern full-stack frameworks such as Django or Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures and system design
